MY FAVOURITE SPORT

My favourite sport is volleyball. I play it in summer, at the bach with my family. The inventor of this sport was William G -morgan, on february 9th of 1985. There are some rules:

• The players must prevent the ball from falling to the floor, because it is a point for the opposite team.
• If the ball goes out of the track, the opposite team score a point.
• If a team overcomes the number of three touches allowed without them having gone on to the opposite field, touch two consecutives from the ball.
• One player musn't touch or rest the network at the moment of playing the ball.
• Te ball musn't touch the network, because is point for the opposite team.

I play this game with some clothes:

• Shorts
• Swimsuit
• Barefooted, with old shoes or with a "victoria" slippers.

HEALTHY MENU!

Welcome to our Restaurant. Our restaurant's name it's: Sara & Noemí. Today we have a menu for you:

BREAKFAST: Today for breakfast we are going to have cereals with milk and an orange juice.

LUNCH: Today for lunch we are going to have some spaghetti, prawns and grapes with cheese. We are going to have water for drink.

DINNER: Today for dinner we are going to have some rice with tomato, roats meat and an ice-cream or a yoghurt. For drink we are going to have water or wine.

WRITING

My name is Noemí, and I’m from Vilafant, Girona, Spain. My favourite special meal is Christmas dinner, on 24th December. My mother cooks prawns, shellfood and roast meat. It’s delicious! I eat at the evening with my mother and my father. I help her with the dinner because it is more food than on the other days. We eat more than the other days. We watch TV while we eat. When we are finish dinner, we play a game to find the presents. This game is great! My favourite food Christmas is roast meat.

MY FAVOURITE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: A yoghurt, a glass of milk for person and two teaspoons of sugar for person.
UTENSILS: A bowl, a spoon and a glass.
STEPS: 1-Pour the milk and the sugar. 2-Beat the sugar and the milk. 3-pour the yoghurt. 4-Beat together. 5-Pour together in the glass.

A LETTER

Dear friend,

How are you? It's Thursday and tomorrow, Friday, is the last day of school (at the week)! I'm at home with my dad and my pet. I'm doing my homework, my dad is cooking dinner and my pet is looking at the food, because if the food fall, he goes running to eat it. he is very fast!

I'm not writing this letter in my bedroom, I'm in the living room. What are you doing? Are you doing your homework?

MY VILLAGE

Hi everyone! My name is Noemí and I live in Vilafant, Spain. It's a beautiful place to live. I'm 13 years old. I haven't got any brothers or sisters but I have got a dog. He is small but he is playfull. His name is Yack.

I speak Spanish and Catalan. My parents are from Ronda, Málaga, and Barcelona. I love playing computer games and going out with my friends in my free time. They're fun!

Vilafant is small but a lot of people live here. The Manol River goes through the forest. There are a lot of forests in this town. I love living here!

My friends are very fun! Every weekend I go out with them. In this photo we are in the square Figueres's Catalonia. It was in Gemma's birthday. On this afternoon also others friends were. They don't go to IES Vilafant but they come with we at the weekends.

My friend Nora loves ball sports. She always goes to the sport centre because she practise basketball. She can play basketball. Is her favourite sport. She can jump high and run fast but she can't swim 3 km.

MY WEEKEND!

On Saturdays morning I help my mother with the cleaning of the house, because she says that I have to be more responsible. Later I watc TV because I have a break and then, sometimes, I cook lunch. Usually, in the afternoon, I go out with my friendsmto the park or to the river because I have fun with them. In the evening I don't have dinner at eight o'clock, I have dinner at nine o'clock because we eat pizza. Then I watch TV with my parents and then I go to bed at eleven o'clock.

Sometimes, on Sundays, I get up at half past eleven because I don't have school. Then I do the last homework, I have lunch at two o'clock and then I wash up because at the weekend it's my turn. At half past three I go out with my friends again because they are very fun! I'm happy with them. At night I have dinner at eight o'clock. Then I watch Tv and then I go to bed at half past ten because there is class the following day.

MY DAY!

This is my day:

In the morning, I get up at eight o'clock. I have breakfast. Then, I go to school at twenty to nine. I start classes at nine o'clock.

In the afternoon, I have lunch at half past two. I finish classes at half past five. Then I do my homework and I have a shower.

In the evening, I have dinner at half past eight. I chat on the Messenger at nine o'clock and then I go to bed at eleven o'clock.

My great family

My family is from Andalucia and Catalonia. Music is our favourite thing.

I'm twelve years old. My favourite band is Cascada.

My mum's name is Mª del Carmen. She is fourty-one. Her favourite singer is Luis Miguel.

My dad's name is Gonzalo. He is fourty-five. His favourite band is El Barrio.

My aunt's name is Carmen. She is fifty-three. Her favourite singer is Sergio Dalma.
